We are very happy with the overall experience. The workmanship was excellent, and the floors turned out beautiful. The crew had a great attitude, showed up on time each day, and worked very efficiently.
Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish — they explained the process, answered our questions patiently, and kept us updated throughout the project.
They were also respectful of our home, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was properly protected. It’s not easy to find a company that combines quality work with professionalism and strong customer service, but they truly delivered.

I needed a hardwood floor repair done and I had called quite a few floor companies who either didn't call me back or had me text them pictures of damaged floor section and then never called me back. Lucas from Right Step Flooring came out quickly and gave me a detailed estimate at a reasonable price for the repair. Daniel the project manager, called me next to schedule my repair and quickly had a crew at my house to complete my job. The crew who did the work were very polite, professional and most importantly, very skilled at floor repairs. The job was done quickly and no mess was left behind. Based on my experience, I would recommend Right Step Flooring for any hardwood floor repairs you might need.

Due to a burst pipe, I had to have the floor in the entire house pulled out and replaced. Right Step helped me find the best flooring option for my circumstances. The installation was quick and the new floor is beautiful. I was in constant communication with the project manager and able to see progress pictures online in real time.

Hopefully I won't need flooring services in the future, but if I do, I'll be going back to Right Step. I highly recommend!

Right Step Flooring did a phenomenal job installing our flooring. The owner, Lucas was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient with my wife and I, as we debated on the type,.color,.etc., of flooring we wanted. He initially brought samples to our home to help with our decision process. When we weren't sure on our decision, he suggested we come to their showroom where they have many more options to consider. Once we finally selected the floors we wanted, he allowed us bring a sample home to view the floor in varying light during the day and night. Once we agreed on our selection, we worked with Daniel (Project Mgr.).

Daniel was fantastic, he communicated with us each morning, informing us what time the installation crew would arrive. He also, came to our home several times during the installation to view the progress first hand, and ensure we were happy with everything. The installers were also great, they worked non-stop, addressed all of our questions. They were also very good at cleaning up their work site each evening after their day was complete.

As a customer it was nice to work with a company that provided A1 service and communication from start to finish. We have recommended Right Step Flooring to our friends, and would definitely call them again for future projects.

I had a great experience with Right Step. They replaced the carpet in my entire upstairs with pre finished hardwood and I love it. They helped me pick the type and color to blend with my downstairs floors and were very responsive to questions. The installation was fast and they were very detailed and made sure it was all done correctly. Their pricing was slightly better than other quotes. All in all I highly recommend.

Do not let them do a bathroom remodel… EVER. We still have areas that look like crap. The paint job looks like a two year old did it and all the fixtures are wobbly. Will add photos later, believe me…..we have plenty.

We hired Right Step to do a complex job involving replacing the tile in our kitchen to match the existing hardwood in the rest of the house. That meant laying three different sizes of planks in a specific pattern and identifying a difficult to match stain. What I love about Right Step is that they blend a high level of expertise with a family owned company that stands behind their work. Everyone we worked with seemed expert in their craft. Additionally, no matter how difficult the job was, they worked with us every step (pun intended) of the way to ensure the workmanship was top notch and the floor looks AMAZING as a result. I would particularly like to call out Bennie who laid the floor, Keith and Daniel who oversaw the job and Lucas who owns the company. All of them were positive, solution oriented and a master of their craft. 10/10 would recommend Right Step if you’re looking for a job done well by good people.

We needed a very small area of our hardwood floors replaced and restained. We had a hard time finding a company to help us as our job was so small. Right Flooring was not only able to help us but did a really awesome job. The first round of stain they attempted wasn’t quite right, I sent a picture in and they came back first thing the next day to redo and make it right. Looks really great now, but wouldn’t even be able to tell there was a patch done. Would definitely use their services again.

Jerry and his team were great with my flooring installation! Excellent workmanship and they cleaned up throughly behind themselves. The young lady that painted was great too. The materials that this company uses are excellent. We had two installations done by them, and we are very impressed with the durability. However, as far as the projects go, both times we needed to be hands on in serving as quality control at different stages of the process. For example, on both projects, there was not someone to check the job that the painter the company sent over to do the caulking and painting the stair risers. The painter left after the caulking and painting was done (assuming we were happy) but it would have been nice if someone with a professional lens were doing some of this quality assurance/project management work rather than us having to educate ourselves on it, and serve in that role. It was a bit of a hands off approach that this company took once the deal was closed, and it felt like there was mainly reactive engagement when things went wrong (rather than being proactive).

We had the floors done and the crew did amazing job. Worked around all the furniture and even moved it around to accommodate the install. We have three kids and pets so this was a task but done smoothly.

From estimate to final coat the experience was great. The color didn’t stain exactly so the technician redid the floor until he was satisfied. I was very pleased with the attitude of the owner and the technician ensuring I was satisfied! The supplies were a little overestimated and what wasn’t used was discounted from the final bill. That’s honesty for you! Would used again!

I highly recommend these guys! I called them on a Monday when my guy canceled. They started work Tuesday and finished replacing a water damaged floor by Friday. Professional, friendly, and efficient team, will definitely hire them again!

I can’t believe that Right step was able to take a damaged vinyl laminate plank out of the middle of the floor and replace it. In the past to replace a plank meant removing planks from the wall all the way up to that plank. The replaced plank looks exactly like the rest of the floor. Also, they responded Immediately with a very reasonable quote and had somebody out at my house within three hours. The work was done in less than an hour. I can’t say enough for you all. I’ve attached the before and after Shots.

Recently we renewed our hardwood floors downstairs, adding new hardwood in the living room, upstairs hallway and the master bedroom. Right Step Flooring did an excellent job sanding the existing hardwood and installing new ones.
The owner, Jucas Queiroz, and his team were professional and attended to all our concerns. Jucas came over several times and made sure the project exceeded even our expectations.
We will definitely work with them again.

Entire experience was great. Tom the sales rep came by and explained the differences between the different types of flooring options. I selected Mohawk LVP. The I compared prices with other companies and found price comparable.

Appointment was set for install. Work crew showed up on time and completed the job in 2 days. They were professional and courteous the entire time. Answered and fully explained any questions I had about the process. The supervisor came by following morning to inspect the work and talked with me if I had any concerns (I didn't). Overall I'm happy with the service and product. Would recommend Right Step Flooring to anyone seeking new floors.

Excellent work!!! I was in a real bind...needed to quickly put my house on the market. I stained a hardwood floor myself abd ruined it They came the say after I called them. Came one morning, stripped my floor and refinished it and I was walking on my new, beautiful floor at 7:30 p.m. No dust, no mess. Incredible!!!

First time using Right Step Flooring. We had them come in and pull up and put back some LVP in a bedroom and adjoining hallway. The removal was very fast but they were also very careful to not damage any of the LVP they pulled up so they could re-use it (it’s not manufactured anymore) And the install went smooth and honestly it looks so good if I didn’t tell you we had them pull up the flooring and put it back up you would never know! Very happy with the quality of work, the speed and everyone was great to work with. Thank You!

Right Step Flooring from start to finish was amazing. My initial contact with Lucas insured I knew it would be a job well done. Communication on point!
Fast forward to day of install and the company that provided me the wood, was incorrect. The fabulous employees figured it out and installed perfectly in an imperfect situation.
10 out of 10 would recommend! Will call upon them again.

My Right Step Flooring sales experience was great. When it came to installation day they started off slow and I was not at all happy as I was promised the install would be done that same day and it appeared there was no way this was going to happen.. I was able to connect with the owner Lukas and he assured me he would make it right. Within a couple of hours I had a team of five highly skilled mechanics show up to get the job done! And they did it and wrapped before 6PM! The workmanship, cleanliness and friendly attitude of the team was a pleasant experience. Kudos to RSFing for a job well done. Very satisfied customer. I decided to get my carpets removed and have LVP put down in my upstairs bonus space. I had three businesses come to quote the job and out of the three - by far Right Step had the best price as well as the best customer service. I’m so glad I went with them - they were wonderful to work with. The project manager, Kenneth was fantastic. He was super communicative, kept his word, oversaw the job and came back to ensure everything was done correctly. All the guys on the job were very polite, quick and did the work with great quality. I ended up hiring them for a second job to come back for my stairs and exactly the same consistent service and attention was given.
