We needed to have all hardwoods on our first floor and front stairs re sanded and stained. This included our downstairs bathroom in which they also changed out the vanity. Needless to say this was a very big job, but their service team worked together to make sure everything was seamless and professionally executed. They also provided an awesome team of movers to move all furniture, including a piano, with exquisite care. We have used other flooring companies in the past and Right Step is definitely a step above the rest. We 100% recommend Right Step Flooring for anyone with flooring needs!

We hired Lucas and Right Step Flooring to remove carpet & install flooring in a first floor bedroom to match the rest of the first floor in our new build. Lucas knew exactly what was needed and matched the builder’s products, installation pattern, and trim perfectly. Excellent attention to detail and quality of work. We appreciated how responsive and clear the communication was throughout the process. They were able to accommodate a very specific date/time I needed for the installation and were able to move much quicker than the other companies we called. Their price was competitive and just slightly under the other quotes we received which sealed the deal in deciding to go with them. We were charged exactly as quoted. Lastly, Lucas was also patient with my loud and excited dog who obnoxiously jumped on and barked at him a lot during the consult 😉 Highly recommend - we will absolutely be hiring them again for any future flooring needs.
